We offer free shipping on all orders and currently deliver to the UK and Europe. Orders are shipped directly from our factory partners and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

Most orders arrive within 7–15 working days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

To get your order to you faster, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Don’t worry – all parts of your order will arrive!

Absolutely. Our range includes options for all sizes and breeds, from tiny pups to large dogs. We always recommend supervising your dog when trying out new accessories or toys.

First, check your tracking link (sent via email when your order was dispatched). If it’s been more than 20 working days, please get in touch with us through our Contact Us page and we’ll look into it for you.

Every product we list is carefully handpicked from sellers with a track record of great reviews, reliable shipping, and consistent quality. If a product doesn’t meet our standards — or our customers aren’t happy — we won’t stock it. Simple as that!

Yes! We work only with trusted suppliers and stock items that are well-made, safe, and built for daily use. We don’t list anything we wouldn’t feel confident recommending.

Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo of the item within 3 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.

Nope! We’re online-only, which helps us keep costs down and pass those savings on to you.
