Refund Policy

⏳ 14-Day Refund Window
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging, with tags and labels attached

Refunds

💳 How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives and is checked, we’ll email you to confirm it.
If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method within 14 days.

⚠️ Partial Refunds
We may reduce your refund if the item is returned:

  • Used or damaged

  • Missing parts or packaging

  • After the 14-day window

Non-Refundable Items
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless they’re faulty.

  • Personalised or used grooming tools can’t be returned for hygiene reasons (unless damaged or incorrect).

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once we receive the return, we’ll send you a gift card by email or post.

If the item was sent to the gift giver first, your refund will go back to them.

Return Shipping
  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return postage.

  • If you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay for return shipping.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you do receive a refund, the cost of return postage may be deducted from your total (if agreed in advance).

Sending Your Return

If your item’s value is over £75, we strongly recommend using:

  • A tracked service

  • And/or postal insurance

We’re not responsible for returns lost in the post if you didn’t use tracked shipping.
